Ellos cancelaron mi viaje y no quieren regresarme el dinero, quieren que tome otro tour con ellos, pero que confianza puedo tener si no contestan correos, mensajes ni llamadas.
No los recomiendo, pueden perder su dinero
I've been waiting for a refund for the cancellation of a firefly tour for over a month.
They canceled my trip and they don't want to return my money, they want me to take another tour with them, but what confidence can I have if they don't answer emails, messages or calls.
