★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This can be by far the worst experience of my trip through Mexico. we waited for nearly four hours seated in the office to be able to book a trip. First it was because we paid with a U.S Debit Card and since the first charge went through on my end but not theirs they went again and charged me twice over 15 hundred dollars . They still had the audacity to deny that they charged me twice blaming my bank sending the payment twice. After 2 days of going back and forth and about 7 hours in their office I called my bank had them talk to them , basically had to threaten them with placing a claim and Finally the issue was magically resolved. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THROUGH THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. THEY DONT SAVE YOU MONEY OR TIME.
