No aceptan ni resuelven sus errores y dejan de contestar el teléfono. Te abandonan en otra ciudad.
Esto le hicieron a mis amigos: Habían pagado el transporte de CDMX a Morelia con una semana de anticipación. La camioneta salía a las 6pm y solo porque les llamaron para saber dónde estaba el transporte les respondió la dueña de Valparaíso que la camioneta tuvo una avería, y luego que no, que se canceló el transporte. Intentó comprarles boletos para el día siguiente sin pagarles hotel, y terminó comprando un boleto para las 10 de la noche diciendo que sería a las 8. Al llamar ellos para que les cambiara el boleto (solo lo puede hacer el comprador, no el pasajero directamente) les dijo que lo resolvieran ellos y dejó de contestar el teléfono.
Así de malo es el servicio.

They do not accept or resolve their mistakes and stop answering the phone. They abandon you in another city.
This they did to my friends: They had paid for the transportation of CDMX to Morelia a week in advance. The truck left at 6pm and just because they called to find out where the transport was, the owner of Valparaíso answered that the truck had a breakdown, and then no, that the transport was canceled. He tried to buy them tickets for the next day without paying them a hotel, and ended up buying a ticket for 10 at night saying that it would be at 8. By calling them to change the ticket (only the buyer can do it, not the passenger directly ) told them to solve it and stopped answering the phone.
That's how bad the service is.
