★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí un viaje desde el 2020, por cuestión de pandemia no se llevo acabó, me comentaron que este año se realizarían los viajes. Y mi sorpresa que es su página desapareció. Y no contestan las llamadas ni mensajes. Es fraude se quedaron en con el apartado de 3 personas.

He tratado de comunicarme por diferentes vías y solo me bloquearon de redes sociales, de su teléfono de atención a cliente. El único teléfono que tengo activo es de la señorita Abigail y ya ni siquiera toma llamadas y mensajes. Me deben el reembolso de un viaje de 4 personas. Es una empresa falta de seriedad, lo único que pedimos es que nos reembolsen nuestro dinero y que tomen nuestras llamadas y no solo nos bloqueen para no dar seguimiento y respuesta. Xplora México es una fraude, somos varios en la misma situación.
Ahora se hacen llamar Albatros Tours.
