Les comparto mi experiencia en este ministerio publico.
Primero. Si fuiste una víctiva y estás considerando hacer una deduncia.
¡HAZLO, no lo dudes!
Mentalizate a que el proceso lleva su tiempo, de preferencia ve comido y lleva contigo agua. Allí hay baños.
Depende de la situación de cada quien, es dificil llegar con una "buena actitud" o por lo menos ser amable. Recordemos que en la forma de pedir, esta el dar...
No olvides llevar una identificación oficial, una copia, una pluma negra y de ser posible lo necesario para aportar datos de pruba de la denuncia y en los casos que aplique acreditación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay personal capacitado y, a pesar de que no había gente, el servicio lentisimo, no estuvo en ningún momento el médico legista , pues desde las 12 del día hasta las 3 AM no llegó esta persona, independientememte que tuve que aclararles que fue un accidente de tránsito. Decían que homicidio, después que feminicidio, en fin. Pobre mujer , ni como ayudarla. En concreto: UN VERDADETO INFIEENO!!!! Desgraciadamente son trámites ineludibles. Pobres mexicanos en un país de quinto mundo, pero eso sí "atención médica tipo Dinamarca" pobrecito Tartufo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están de 10/10 muy limpias, amplias y bien iluminadas, fui a denunciar un robo de autopartes y no hubo mucha gente, al mediodía prácticamente estuvo vacío.
El agente del MP fue cortés y respetuoso, sin embargo el personal de apoyo y las secretarias son muy déspotas, parece que te hacen un favor al atenderte, les cuesta trabajo ser amables, cero empatía. Es lo usual con esta gente, pero paciencia, no hay que perder categoría ni modales. Siempre se debe terminar la denuncia de un ilícito.
Lleven pluma negra porque no te prestan por la contingencia.
Y se enojan si te confundes con su lenguaje tan rebuznado...

It is the usual with these people, but patience, you do not have to lose category or manners. The report of an offense must always be terminated.
Wear a black pen because they do not lend you for the contingency.
And they get angry if you get confused by their braying language ...
