★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos paso un incidente en el metro, y en eso el pasaporte iba incluido, se lo hurtaron a un amigo junto con dinero, pero lo urgente es el pasaporte. Nos trasladamos a un puesto de policías del metro para reportar lo sucedido. Excelentes oficiales del gobierno nos resolvieron el asunto. Y nos trajeron donde correspondía que fue aquí en esta agencia.
An incident happened to us in the subway, and in that the passport was included, they stole a friend along with money, but the urgent thing is the passport. We moved to a subway police station to report what happened. Excellent government officials resolved the matter. And they brought us where it belonged that it was here at this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi suegro, que vino de lejos a visitarnos, fué asaltado y golpeado. Hizo su denuncia en este lugar y quedó muy satisfecho con la atención y el profesionalismo de todos los colaboradores del lugar. Deberían de dar a conocer esta opción para cuando por desgracia se requiera.
My father-in-law, who came from afar to visit us, was assaulted and beaten. He made his complaint in this place and was very satisfied with the attention and professionalism of all the collaborators of the place. They should make this option known for when it is unfortunately required.
