★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un muy bonito lugar, pero lo bonito de aquí son sus atracciones, no en sí el pueblo. Para ser un pueblo mágico que vive del turismo, pienso que podrían mejorar la experiencia de recorrerlo caminando. La comida, en algunos lugares, es muy rica, como los frijoles y los molotes de los jueves, que es día de plaza.
Amigo turista, si piensa visitar, le recomiendo que vaya preparado con efectivo, pues a pesar de ser un lugar que vive del turismo, hay como 2 hoteles (caros) y 1 restaurante que aceptan tarjetas de débito o crédito.
Si va a visitar sus atracciones, lleve zapatos que pueda mojar o sandalias, bloqueador solar y repelente para moscos. Y tome los tours con guías "certificados". Es un poco caro pero más seguro, además de que se ahorra el estar yendo en carro a lugares un tanto inaccesibles en carros normales y conseguir equipo como chaleco salvavidas y casco, además de que su paga incluye la visita a varios lugares en un día.
Recomiendo mucho las cabañas en vez de hoteles; tienen casi todos los servicios (excepto WiFi) y creo que es lo que uno busca al ir a un lugar como Cuetzalan, además de que en muchos lugares te regalan la leña y te la puedes pasar muy bien en la noche.
 A very nice place, but the nice thing about here are its attractions, not the town itself. To be a magical town that lives on tourism, I think they could improve the experience of walking it. The food, in some places, is very rich, like the beans and the molasses on Thursdays, which is the day of the square.
Friend tourist, if you plan to visit, I recommend you go prepared with cash, because despite being a place that lives tourism, there are 2 hotels (expensive) and 1 restaurant that accept debit or credit cards.
If you are going to visit its attractions, wear shoes that can get wet or sandals, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. And take the tours with "certified" guides. It's a bit expensive but safer, plus you save yourself going by car to places somewhat inaccessible in normal cars and get equipment such as life jacket and helmet, plus your pay includes visiting several places in a day.
I highly recommend the cabins instead of hotels; they have almost all the services (except WiFi) and I think that is what one looks for when going to a place like Cuetzalan, besides that in many places they give you firewood and you can have a great time at night.

Hay que aprovechar los paisajes que nos dan tan espectacular lugar. Acude a sus cascadas Las Hamacas, Huella de pata perro, San Andrés, a la zona arqueológica de Yohualichan.
