★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte de los policías es un tanto déspota, si acompañas a la persona que va a denunciar te dicen que solo puede entrar una persona, aunque adentro puedas esperar.
Los administrativos son muy amables, antes de finalizar el trámite le ofrecen al adulto mayor un pequeño desayuno, el cual consiste en una hojaldra de jamón, una fruta, Yogurt, un jugo y una alegría.
Lo cual me pareció excelente ya que el tiempo de espera si es relativamente largo.
Las MPS son amables y te explican con claridad las cosas,sin embargo la atención de los hombres es muy déspota y grosera, interrumpen a las personas y no las dejan hablar, les da la posibilidad de un asesor jurídico sin embargo no pude percatarme si es que si se los proporcionan en caso de dudas.
Sin duda hay varios aspectos que pueden mejorar en cuanto a atención.
The attention from the police is somewhat despotic, if you accompany the person who is going to report they tell you that only one person can enter, although you can wait inside.
The administrators are very kind, before finalizing the process they offer the older adult a small breakfast, which consists of a ham puff pastry, a fruit, Yogurt, a juice and a joy.
Which I found to be excellent since the waiting time is relatively long.
The MPS are friendly and explain things clearly to you, however the attention of men is very despotic and rude, they interrupt people and do not let them speak, they give them the possibility of a legal advisor, however I could not see if it is that if they are provided in case of doubts.
There are undoubtedly several aspects that can be improved in terms of care.
