C	Cristian Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me dieron mal la hora de la cita para el pasaporte, tienen un sistema obsoleto para confirmar al cliente la hora y fecha, ya que se hace por llamada, ¿que se espera de un sistema así de confirmaciones al aire?, deberían tener un sistema más actualizado; como confirmar por correo algo más formal ya que son trámites bien importantes la cual la gente tiene que prepararse con tiempo, gracias a su sistema no tuve ninguna información que avalara mi caso, solo fue mi palabra contra la de la asesora, querían cobrarme extra por reagendar. La atención al cliente es irrespetuosa, se molestan si preguntas y pides orientación, e inclusive si haces algún tipo de sugerencia. Terrible service. There is no follow-up (they do not answer the emails or the telephone in case of any doubt), they do not inform you correctly. Customer service is disrespectful, they get upset if you ask and ask for guidance, and even if you make some kind of suggestion.

t	tania fernanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hice el trámite con ellos para solicitar la visa y al principio muy bien obviamente quieren vender. Pero el servicio post venta es pésimo. Hablas para preguntar dudas respecto a tu trámite y dicen que hay esperar las 12 semanas para poder darte alguna información. No lo recomiendo para nada. Mejor busquen otra opción. Terrible service. I did the procedure with them to apply for the visa and at the beginning they obviously want to sell very well. But the after sales service is lousy. You speak to ask questions regarding your procedure and they say that you have to wait 12 weeks to be able to give you some information. I do not recommend it at all. Better look for another option.

Mejor busquen otra opción o hagan el trámite ustedes mismo acudiendo a las oficinas de la SRE (que es prácticamente lo que ellos hacen solo que sin conseguirte resultados) The quality and effectiveness of the service they offer as well as the treatment of their clients leaves much to be desired, they really do not solve anything for you. Better find another option or do the paperwork yourself by going to the offices of the SRE (which is practically what they do, only without getting results)
M	Michelle Quijada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESTA AGENCIA NO ES PARA NADA CONFIABLE, MI NOVIO FUE A QUE LE HICIERAN LA SOLICITUD PARA LA VISA COBRAN $400 POR EL TRAMITE Y APARTE DE DE ESO LE QUICIERON VER LA CARA, LA VISA ESTA EN 160 dlls Y DESPUÉS DE HACERLE LA SOLICITUD LE DIJERON QUE CON DINERO EN MANO FUERA DE REGRESO AHI MISMO A LA AGENCIA A PAGAR $3980 CUANDO EL PAGO ES EN EL BANCO NO EN LA AGENCIA, YO HICE EL TRÁMITE EN LA AGENCIA VEGA Y TODO ESTUVO BIEN Y CONFIABLE PAGUE $300 EL TRÁMITE Y LOS 160 DLLS QUE FUERON COMO $3200 Y EN EL BANCO THIS AGENCY IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL, MY BOYFRIEND WENT TO HAVE THE APPLICATION FOR THE VISA, THEY CHARGE $400 FOR THE PROCESS AND BESIDES THAT THEY WANTED TO SEE HIS FACE, THE VISA IS AT 160 dlls AND AFTER MAKING THE APPLICATION THEY TOLD HIM THAT WITH MONEY IN HAND I RETURN RIGHT THERE TO THE AGENCY TO PAY $3980 WHEN THE PAYMENT IS AT THE BANK NOT AT THE AGENCY, I DID THE PROCESSING AT THE AGENCY VEGA AND EVERYTHING WAS RELIABLE AND I PAID $300 FOR THE PROCESSING AND THE 160 DLLS THAT WAS LIKE $3200 AND IN THE BANK
E	Elioth Encinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio y el personal te trata de lo peor. El cliente paga para que te hagan la cita y te apoyen, pero parece que lo están haciendo gratis. Busquen otra agencia o mejor aún, hagan ustedes la cita directamente en el Consulado Americano, ahí si te tratan con respeto y te aclaran todas las dudas que tengas. Very bad service and the staff treats you the worst. The client pays to make the appointment and support you, but it seems that they are doing it for free. Look for another agency or better yet, make the appointment directly at the American Consulate, there they will treat you with respect and clarify all the doubts you have.
