Very bad service, call to request information about some spare parts, they left me on hold for more than 10 minutes to assist me and when they finally take my call, they only give me information on one piece and not the other and they don't even tell me They told me to wait or something like that so that they can check the cost of the other piece, they just hung up on me and... zero attention... we asked.

Las experiencias anteriores habían sido buenas pero con esta, la verdad demasiado mala experiencia.
Tardaron un mes en entregar (ya con la unidad desde finales de noviembre en piso) y el día que lo hicieron, la entregan en pésimas condiciones (sucia, plásticos, tal cual como bajó de la madrina).
Terrible service. Nobody customizes no matter how hard you try to escalate the problems.
Previous experiences had been good but with this one, the truth is too bad.
It took a month to deliver (with the unit already on the floor since the end of November) and the day they did it, they delivered it in terrible condition (dirty, plastic, just as it came down from the godmother).
