★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardaron 2:30hrs en atenderme solo para la entrega de un documento que ellos mismos ya me habían solicitado. Recepcionista con mala actitud y asesor poco eficaz.
Terrible service, it took 2:30 hours to attend me only for the delivery of a document that they had already requested. Receptionist with a bad attitude and ineffective advisor.

Quedaron de llevarme la poliza y nunca me la hicieron llegar
Hace 2 años tuve un accidente cuando me comunique me dijeron q requerian mi poliza, les dije q no contaba con ella y les explique, me pidieron datos y revisaron y me dijeron q yo no tenía ninguna poliza con ellos por lo tanto no me podian ayudar, les comente q no podia ser porq tenia los descuentos y me dijeron que fuera a control de pagos de mi empresa q seguramente era un error de ellos.
Hable hace 15 dias y me dieron cita
En un lugar q no era!!!
Me diriji a reforma
Hable y que siempre si tengo poliza!!
Q la mentan lo sucedido
Pero q ya paso
Que mi poliza y descuentos seguiran vigentes??????
Claro q no lo recomiendo
Lo necesitaba y no dio servicio
Es un fraude!!

They agreed to take me the policy and they never sent it to me
2 years ago I had an accident when I contacted me they told me that they required my policy, I told them that I did not have it and I explained, they asked me for data and they checked and they told me that I did not have any policy with them therefore they could not help me , I told them that it could not be because I had the discounts and they told me to go to the payment control of my company that it was surely their mistake.
I spoke 15 days ago and they gave me an appointment
In a place that was not!
I'm heading to reform
Talk and always if I have a policy!
What happened
But what happened?
That my policy and discounts will remain in force??????
Of course I do not recommend it
I needed it and it did not give service
It is a fraud !!
