★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención relativamente es buena a secas. Desgraciadamente nos quisieron hacer una transa....compramos una moto y nos la dieron con una batería mala, al parecer usada. Reclamamos y a regañadientes, nos la cambiaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido buena atención por parte del personal muy amables y atentos, las refacciones que pidas por lo general tardan máximo 10 días si no las tienen pero es bueno que ya empiecen a tener en stock para que sea mas rápido

No me dijeron que fue lo que se le hizo de servicio y cuando pregunte note cierta condescendencia por parte del personal a mis preguntas.. no le cambio la vugia, no limpio ni engresaron la cadena. No cambio el líquido de frenos. Siento que me cobraron mucho y por nada.. trataré de buscar un CEDIS diferente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una moto y nueva y todo han sido puras fallas, la he regresado a la agencia como 4 veces en menos de 1 mes. Los mecánicos son un poco descuidados para arreglar las motos, los vendedores son arrogantes. Me quedo con muy mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención. En lo personal me toco un buen asesor y siempre muy atento a mis dudas. Lo único que le veo una falla es en el área de servicio. Ya que tardan y por ende no pueden recibir mas motos y yo se que lleva su tiempo. Pero si hubiera mas mecánicos y especialistas. Creó que el trabajo sería mas eficiente. Fuera de eso muy buen lugar.
