★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Han sido varias ocasiones en las que realizó encargo de alguna refacción y nada, la última ocasión llegué a la agencia, solo había una persona en puerta pero nadie más se acercó con algún protocolo de servicio al cliente, el área de refacciones sin personal, tardaron más de 5 minutos en llegar a su área de trabajo, y cuando llegaron todos incluido el gerente se volteaban a ver cómo hechando un volado con las miradas para decidir quién me atendía, jamás escuché un bienvenido, disculpe por la demora, en qué puedo ayudarte etc.
There have been several occasions in which he ordered a spare part and nothing, the last time I arrived at the agency, there was only one person at the door but no one else approached with any customer service protocol, the spare parts area without staff, they took more than 5 minutes to get to their work area, and when everyone arrived, including the manager, they turned to see me throwing their eyes around to decide who was waiting for me, I never heard a welcome, sorry for the delay, how can I help you etc.
