La queja es contra el personal de Banco Azteca que no solo tienen des interés por vender y hacerte esperar horas en lo que andan jugando si no hasta actúan de mala fe al querer irte a otra agencia por su terrible servicio. El vendedor Arturo mejor se va a esconder dentro de la ventanilla de banco para evitar dar la cara. Evítense el mal rato, otras Italika ofrecen más y mejores cosas y hasta por menor pecio, que la ubicación e instalaciones medianamente decentes no te engañen.
Terrible service, if they don't want to sell, don't work there. Premium has NOTHING. The complaint is against Banco Azteca staff who not only have a disinterest in selling and make you wait hours while they are playing, but they even act in bad faith by wanting to go to another agency for their terrible service. The better seller Arturo is going to hide inside the bank window to avoid showing his face. Avoid the bad time, other Italika offer more and better things and even for a lower price, that the location and moderately decent facilities do not fool you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ma será personal no la recomiendo, a la hora de entregarme la moto le faltaban piezas hoy ya pasaron dos meses y aun no me dan solución. Verifiquen bien sus motos para evitarse malos disgustos y pérdida de tiempo para que no resuelvan nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a esta agencia porque solo ahí estába la moto de mi interés, como tip si compran aquí lleven garrafa con gasolina porque te entregan con nada de gasolina ( 1 litro ), segundo tip, revisen a fondo la moto no las activan correctamente, estaba mal ajustada porque al llegar a casa se rompió un chicote. Luz intermitente floja y no explican a detalle el funcionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, compré una moto cuando ya tenía que darle el servicio de los 500km que no hay mecánico y al dirigirme a otro pues como se pasó un poco del km ya no me hicieron válida la garantía que tenía por que traía un defecto mi moto desde que la compre y en la premium como no había mecánico pues nunca pudieron solucionar nada pésimo servicio y solo a puro engaño te venden las cosas no lo recomiendo y aparte no hay piezas nunca en su disque lugar premium y bien surtido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención del gerente y de sus empleados en general, en particular de Hugo, resolvió los problemas que surgieron de logística en el momento, me explico las dudas que tuve, hizo la entrega en tiempo y forma. Mi motocicleta, una tc250, llego en buenas condiciones, sólo un detalle con al pedal de cambio de velocidad, no venía bien apretado al igual que un espejo, pero de inmediato regresé y lo corrigieron sin costo adicional, el casco igual, la entrega estuvo en orden. Muchos papeleo si quería sacarla con guardadito aunque debo admitir que el descuento era tentador, pero soy feliz y disfruto mi vehículo. Gracias a Hugo y su gerente por la atención y apoyo.
En las fotos muestro parte del proceso que ha sido desde almacén que Hugo fue por ella, entrega en tienda y ahora en casa como la tengo.

A lot of paperwork if I wanted to save it, although I must admit that the discount was tempting, but I am happy and I enjoy my vehicle. Thanks to Hugo and his manager for the attention and support.
