El resto de la familia lo hizo con otras personas en la misma fecha, y desde julio tienen sus pasaportes. Finalmente mis papás hicieron la cita en septiembre, de forma gratuita en el portal, y cuando mi mamá les habló para decirles que ya tenía la cita no le dieron importancia, ni le devolvieron el dinero.

Very bad service. My parents made an appointment process for the passport since the month of June and they never solved them. The rest of the family did it with other people on the same date, and since July they have their passports. Finally, my parents made the appointment in September, for free on the website, and when my mother spoke to them to tell them that she already had the appointment, they did not give it importance, nor did they return the money.
