We emailed and got confirmation we went with a different company. One of their employees came to the airport. We showed him the cancellation. He harassed us, followed us, yelled at us, scared us. He then followed us to our new transportation company. He yelled at them. When my husband went to tip the guy that helped us the AGI employee grabbed my husband's hand and tried to steal the tip. AGI tried to have our hotel bill us, which thankfully we caught. DO NOT for your safety use this company.

I didnt know that I would wnjoy the ruins that much, but I loved the experience. AGI has nice clean comfortable vans for transport and very prompt. Definitely a 5star experience.

Both times we had great service and the price was the same both years. Planning to use them again this December 2017. Was diligent about checking around for best service and pricing and it was and is this company. They even emailed me promptly when I first inquired with questions.

They helped us move items from airport to our new condo on North Beach in Isla. They took us to Holbox safely. Their boat service to Isla is great rain or shine. In other words, I recommend AGI and Javier’s team for any and everything! And I thank you for being there always for us and all other lucky people!!

I have found them honest, professional, communicative and easy to work with. The owner even came and personally brought me a refund on some weather related item without me asking.

We coordinated and checked in with AGI 3 separate times throughout the week we were on Isla Mujeres to verify we would have a driver to accept us in Cancun after our ferry docked at 12:30am Saturday morning to transport us to the airport. A taxi DID pick us up from hotel and the ferry DID take us to cancun, but Francisco WAS NOT there when we arrived in cancun. So it's the middle of the night with two obvious tourists in MEXICO on New years day STRANDED. Luckily a security guard, who was trying to leave so he could go home, found us a taxi after being gone for 20 minutes. Awful experience.

Despite the rain and flooding, they communicated with me at every step and made sure I got to the airport safely. Thank you Javier and Francisco for the amazing service.

Good replies to emails etc. my only suggestion when booking transfer companies, confirm if it is a private transfer, or if others will be taken with you. I thought it was private, but it wasn't. My fault I never confirmed this with hotel that set it up for me. I assumed because of covid it would be. Also book directly, it much cheaper than having hotel do it for you.
