Abierto a todos, recuerda lo que puede ser la arquitectura y el urbanismo para y por la democracia. Contar con espacios públicos abiertos para que acudan a ellos los habitantes de la polis y puedan disfrutarlos, ejerciendo una diversidad de actividades en público con plena libertad. Qué grato ver llenándose de vida, alegría y juego un lugar como este, a unos pasos de la estación del metro Tlatelolco en una zona habitacional que a pesar de sus múltiples problemas resiste y renace una y otra vez tal como lo hicieron sus habitantes originarios. México vive.
