â â â â â We made reservations two days before tonight. Showed up on time and the gentleman in front (Omar) told us he only had two on the reservation. He said there was nothing he could do, we would have to come back at 9:30pm - It was currently 6:15pm
I understand mistakes happen but this was their mistake and they didnât even try to make it right.
Omar isnât a very good host. No apology just, reservation for two canât help you.

â â â â â Amazing food, it was delicious. There were so many choices for Vegetarians too. Amazing service was provided by Omar (Manager), he was eager to know and understand if the food was according to my liking. Whenever I am in Cancun, I will definitely go there for dinner.

â â â â â My family had such a great experience at Agra! We were a group of 5 with a mix of experience with Indian food so we asked our waiter to bring out what he thought would be best and everyone loved it! The decor was beautiful and the traditional Indian music was a lovely touch.

â â â â â Food was delicious and hit the spot! The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the appetizers were some of the best weâve had, especially from an Indian cuisine! You may want to consider ordering the samosas or fish. It was fantastic! The waiter, Adrian, was excellent and very responsive. He made sure to check-in on us and was kind-hearted.
Thank you for your hospitality and service. We will be coming again soon.

â â â â â Amazing dinner. Ask for the appetizer plater. Not on the menu. Delicious. Really enjoyed everything. Spici martini is a real adventure. Chai Martini is wonderful. And once again. Exceptional service from Fernando. He treated us like royalty... another great Palace server.

Chose this resort as my parents only eat Indian food and they did not disappoint.
Their grilled meat was better than curries but no complaints.
Servers were very friendly.

â â â â â This restaurant has done a great job with the interior decor and design of this space. Lots of seating but you need to make reservations and it books up fast. There was a mix up with our reservation but Omar (Manager) truly went above and beyond to turn our experience around and get us a table when the restaurant was fully booked. It was greatly appreciated. Our servers Rafael and Alfredo took care of us with such grace and professionalism. This was by far the best experience we've had at our resort restaurants! Will definitely be back!
