★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevas tu carro a revisar por una falla y sin explicarte que es la falla, directamente te pasan con la orden de pago a caja sin explicarte la falla o que es la pieza que te están vendiendo, tuve una muy mala experiencia con los asesor, y no es la primera vez queme pasa,
También tuve una mala experiencia que me retocaron una puerta y la manija la dejaron mal instalada,
No recomiendo este lugar, es mejor buscar otras opciones y no está agencia de mal servicio,
Aparte de ser una agencia vacía vender sobre pedido está pésimo como se que el carro es lo que quiero si ni tienen carros de muestra.
Terrible service, you take your car to check for a fault and without explaining what the fault is, they directly send you the payment order to the till without explaining the fault or that it is the part that they are selling you, I had a very bad experience with the advisor, and it's not the first time it's happened to me,
I also had a bad experience where they touched up a door and left the handle incorrectly installed.
I do not recommend this place, it is better to look for other options and it is not a bad service agency,
Apart from being an empty agency, selling on request is terrible, as I know that the car is what I want if they don't even have sample cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dicen que respondas la encuesta de calidad, y que despues te daran el lavado de interiores. solo es un engaño es para que los califiques bien. después vas y en tu cara te dicen que no te ofrecieron eso. así que AMIGOS como es un modo operandi. hay que pedir por escrito eso que te ofrecen y ojo evaluar tal cual por que es para mejorar si en su caso lo requiere no para quedar bien y te regalen el lavado.
They tell you to answer the quality survey, and then they will give you the interior cleaning. It's just a hoax, it's for you to rate them well. then you go and they tell you to your face that they didn't offer you that. so FRIENDS as it is a mode of operation. You have to ask in writing for what they offer you and be careful to evaluate it as it is because it is to improve if in your case it is required, not to look good and they give you the wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poco interés de vender el gerente , con algunos bloqueos, dando.la impresión que no deseaba vender ,,desilucionada y engañada y no hubo un ofrecimiento de rectificar el engaño, todo lo contrario subieron el precio del auto demo, después de que por escrito me dieron otro precio, quedó con muy mal sabor de boca, no recomiendo la atención y políticas de venta, lo siento?
