Estoy a 3 semanas de haber comprado en su sitio web, y resulta que me vendieron productos que no tenían en existencia, cancelé la compra y aún no me la reembolsan (alrededor de 1500 pesos). Por más que he hablado, se están haciendo patos.
O es un especie de estafa, de mala práxis, no controlan sus procesos, pero todo esto denota poco profesionalismo.
Yo no los recomendaría por esta experiencia.
I think this business has many good products, but little professionalism, and less for the subject of sales.
I am 3 weeks after buying on their website, and it turns out that they sold me products that they did not have in stock, I canceled the purchase and they still haven't reimbursed me (around 1500 pesos). As much as I have spoken, ducks are being made.
Or it is a kind of scam, of bad practice, they do not control their processes, but all this denotes little professionalism.
I would not recommend them for this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho ya que tiene variedad de fertilizantes, y para el control de las plagas, pero casualmente ayer buscaba 2 productos y ninguno lo tenían. Deben de tener un poco más de cuidado con eso pf. Pero la atención muy buena.
I like it a lot since it has a variety of fertilizers, and for pest control, but coincidentally yesterday I was looking for 2 products and none of them had it. They must be a little more careful with that pf. But very good care.
