★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habiéndose comprometido a entregar el agua, inventaron que vinieron y estuvieron llamando y gritando, cuando ésto es totalmente falso. No está registrada ninguna llamada y se atreven a dar a entender que les miento. No hay agua en la casa y, por lo mismo, se les estaba esperando. Pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el agua que me entregaron venia con color verde en la parte baja. Fueron dos garrafones aun y sellados, bajo la circunstancia que vive el pais,cuentiono si realmente comonlo menciona la marca, es para clientes exigentes????
Tuve que tirar la vomisa hasya que me percate mis hijos asi la consumieron y he cocinado.
Unfortunately the water they gave me came in green at the bottom. They were two jugs still and sealed, under the circumstance that the country lives, I tell if the brand really mentions it, is it for demanding customers ????
I had to throw away the vomisa until I realized my children ate it like that and I cooked.

Tengo desde el día de ayer esperando me hagan el favor de entregar dos garrafones y es el tiempo que hasta el momento no lo entregan. Probablemente sea porque solicité que me los entreguen sellados y con la tapa con garantía. Me han querido entregar los garrafones con los sellos de la marca mal colocados y el tapón del garrafón con el sello roto.
He sido cliente desde que vivía premiero en atzcapozalco, después en Echegaray y ahora en el domicilio que tiene registrado y solo en esta zona he tenido problemas con la entrega, sellado del producto y los tapones aparentemente violados.
No se si sea posible que me puedan derivar con otra franquicia que me dé un mejor servicio.
Agradezco de antemano su atención y ojalá tengan la cortesía de atender esta queja.

Since yesterday I have been waiting for you to give me two jugs and it is the time that they have not delivered so far. It is probably because I requested that they deliver them sealed and with the cover with guarantee. They wanted to give me the jugs with the brand stamps wrongly placed and the jug cap with the broken seal.
I have been a client since I lived as a premier in atzcapozalco, later in Echegaray and now at the registered address, and only in this area have I had problems with delivery, product sealing and apparently violated plugs.
I do not know if it is possible that they can refer me to another franchise that gives me a better service.
