★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el servicio es bueno, en mi experiencia personal y muy particular caso, yo no les recomendaría que busquen ayuda con la señora grande que está a la entrada en uno de los módulos de información, no te apoya como se debe, a mí me hizo dar muchas vueltas y perdí tiempo, se comporta como si fuera un superior y bueno cada vez que tengo que ir la evitó a toda costa ya que me hizo perder horas de mi tiempo y aparte dinero por estar sacando copias que ni siquiera eran necesarias. Suerte si a ustedes les va bien con ella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el agua que mandan al Fraccionamiento Valle del Angel es a partir de las 2 y media de la tarde. pero se requiere lavar temprano para tender y que se seque la ropa, lavar baños y trastes y hay que perder medio día para empezar a lavar... y esperar hasta el viernes porque sólo mandan agua 2 días a la semana. LUNES Y VIERNES que no alcanza y se tienen que estar comprando pipas de agua que esperamos ustedes paguen por el deficiente servicio.
