E	Ericka Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mala atención, la señora Martina Jiménez que fue el nombre que proporciono la persona que atendió mi llamada, le pregunte que si me iban a pasar a dejar mi pedido de agua porque ya era tarde y no tenia ya mas agua, me respondió que ella no andaba en ruta y no sabia si me iban a surtir mi pedido, le comente que solo me hiciera favor de corroborar si no para comprar ya que es tarde y me quedaría sin agua, a lo cual me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no sabia, ya molesta le comente que si me pasaba con un supervisor u otra persona que me atendiera ya que ella era muy grosera y no se podía tratar con ella y me respondió que ella no me podía dar información de los dueños, ni pasar a nadie, que ella era la única persona que me podía atender, siendo que tengo años comprando el agua con esta marca y traten a sus consumidores de esa manera, creo que se necesita mejorar la atención y supervisar a quien atiende a los clientes.
