Varias veces se hizo verde el agua, dos veces sí me cambiaron el garrafón pero la última vez me mandaron a un viejito y me dijo que "al agua se le va el trabajo de purificación después de unos días". Yo he dejado agua de la llave en botellas de plástico reusadas durante meses y no les pasa nada, claro que las botellas sí estaban limpias, a diferencia de sus garrafones roñosos.
 Appalling. Several times the water turned green, twice they did change my jug, but the last time they sent me an old man and he told me that "the work of purification fails the water after a few days." I have left tap water in reused plastic bottles for months and nothing happens to them, of course the bottles were clean, unlike their dirty jugs.
