★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a la sucursal con mis garrafones y no esta abierto, uno les marca pero nunca contestan, me comentaron los locales que están aún lado que el dueño se fue de vacaciones y que habré cuando quiere, la peor sucursal de agua inmaculada. No quería creer a los comentarios pero tienen razón nunca contestan.
Si pudiera poner cero lo haría.
Today I went to the branch with my jugs and it is not open, one marks them but they never answer, the locals who are still side told me that the owner went on vacation and that I will have when he wants, the worst branch of immaculate water. I did not want to believe the comments but they are right they never answer.
If I could put zero I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He acudido varias veces y simplemente el servicio es muy bueno, hablar de amabilidad parece tabú en estos tiempos, pero ellos lo llevan a la práctica constantemente.
Por otro lado el agua, que ahí ofrecen es muy buena, ligera, y con estándares de calidad, simplemente un agua diferente, que no le pide nada a las marcas de renombre.

Al inicio el servicio era excepcional; lamentablemente de un tiempo para decayó demasiado, al grado que la última vez me informaron un martes que el servicio se había suspendido el sábado y reanudarían el jueves. Hice mi pedido para el jueves pero no les llegaba el mensaje. Llamé y apagado. Hoy viernes vi que habían recibieron mi mensaje y ya no respondieron. Una vecina me dijo que lo mismo le pasó y que ya tampoco le respondieron. El agua es muy buena, pero es una lástima lo malo en que se convirtió el servicio.
I was a fan of this water and recommended it. At the beginning the service was exceptional; Unfortunately for a time it fell too low, to the extent that the last time I was informed on a Tuesday that the service had been suspended on Saturday and would resume on Thursday. I placed my order for Thursday but the message did not arrive. I called and turned off. Today Friday I saw that they had received my message and no longer responded. A neighbor told me that the same thing happened to her and that they no longer responded to her either. The water is very good, but it's a shame how bad the service has become.
