★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regula pero pesimo serv se pide el agua com anticipado y pasan mas de 4 hr hasta la hora de su cierre y jamas se comunican para traer el serv a domicilio despues de las 5 manda a buzom sin dar razon de lo pedido...pesimo! van 3 ocaciones que pido el agua a medio dia y nunca llega a mi domicilio ni si quiera a primera hora del sig dia .
Su servicio a domicilio es malo no tiene en compromiso con lo que anuncia.
Regulate but bad service, the water is requested in advance and they spend more than 4 hours until the closing time and they never communicate to bring the service home after 5 o'clock, send a buzom without giving a reason for what was requested ... terrible! There are 3 times that I ask for water at noon and it never arrives at my home or even first thing in the morning.
Your home service is bad, you do not have in compromise with what you advertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es limpio y el agua se puede beber simple, eso ya es mucho en CDMX!!! Siempre llevo mis garrafones para evitar que los cambien con otros de higiene dudosa, en el local lavan el garrafón a conciencia, aunque en esta época de COVID, mejor los lavo en casa. También les pido que no pongan la etiqueta a la tapa para reducir el plástico innecesario. Atención amable. El precio un poco más alto, pero la higiene y sabor lo justifican.

Terrible service!!! I was waiting all day for them to bring me a jug and it never came, what bothered me the most is that I kept calling them to find out if they would actually bring me the jug and they said yes ? which never happened!!!
