Mejor llamé a otra purificadora y me dijeron que en 30 min llegaban y cumplieron, no es la primera vez que no cumplen, nada recomendable! Terrible service! En la fachada el negocio no tiene ningún horario señalado, pasé 2 veces y estaba cerrado, llegué ayer a las 6:03 pm y estaba entreabierta la puerta, el encargado como de unos 50 años (el cual siempre que voy tiene su cara de pocos amigos) no me quiso atender y me gritó desde adentro que ya estaba cerrado ? siendo que ya era la tercera vez que iba y otra vez estaba cerrado ? bueno no me quiso atender y ni siquiera se acercó a la puerta a decirme el horario o algo, y eso que soy cliente frecuente, pobres clientes nuevos me imagino entonces como los ha de atender. Los chavos ayudantes muy amables esos si atienden bien ? Ojalá despidan al encargado. Yo ya acudo a comprar a otro lugar ? The water is good, but the service is poor. Aparte la atención siempre es buena por parte de los empleados. Puedes ir a rellenar tú tus garrafones o marcar para que los lleven a domicilio. Ojalá puedan hacerle una auditoría porque seguramente no cumple con todos los procesos de purificación tal como lo establece el franquiciante.
