★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si contestan pero indican que ya van y pasan las horas y no dan seguimiento, que lastima que en estos tiempos de contingencia sean asi y aparte te afirman un horario y nada...que triste, era mi primera vez que solicitaba y no tuve suerte...pésimo servicio
If they answer but indicate that the hours are already passing and they do not follow up, what a pity that in these contingency times they are like this and apart they tell you a schedule and nothing ... how sad, it was my first time that I requested and I had no luck ...terrible service

Terrible service. Many times I called and they didn't even leave the water for me and I live 3 blocks away. And I call from 10 in the morning and until 3 they can. Horrible

Contestan las llamadas y todo y te dicen a tal hora van y nunca te llevan los garrafónes de agua.
Yo tengo 3 días pidiéndoles el agua y nada.
No se los recomiendo.
Terrible service.
They answer the calls and everything and they tell you when they go and they never bring you the jugs of water.
I have been asking for water for 3 days and nothing.
I don't recommend them.
