★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio yo llevé mi garrafón y pasaron 3 horas y no me lo llevaban a mi casa,fui al local y ahí está mi garrafón,me dijo la señora que atiende que ya me lo habían llevado pero como nadie salió lo regresaron a local y le respondí como voy a saber que está el del agua a fuera de mi casa si no gritan que llegaron con el agua,entonces no entiendo para que te pueden un número de teléfono para que te marquen que llegó el agua a tu casa si no te marcan.
Terrible home service I took my jug and 3 hours passed and they did not take it to my house, I went to the local and there is my jug, the lady who attends told me that they had already taken it to me but since no one left it they returned it to the premises and I answered how am I going to know that the water is outside my house if they don't shout that they came with the water, then I don't understand why they can give you a phone number so they can mark you that the water came to your house if not they mark you.

I have been calling for 2 days by phone and they only tell me right now we will take it to them. And so it is always. Terrible service.
