★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envian comprobantes con la mitad del codigo de barra lo que hace imposible pagar en el oxxo, Portal no sirve para hacer pagos, cierran la sucursal a las 2pm.
en pocas palabras: EL PEOR SERVICIO QUE SE PUEDEN IMAGINAR
They send vouchers with half the bar code which makes it impossible to pay in the oxxo, Portal is not good for making payments, the branch closes at 2pm.
in a nutshell: THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN IMAGINE

In 3 years living in Juriquilla they have never taken a call from me on their customer service phone. I always have to go to your branch to solve any problem or question.

El recibo llegó sin código de barras por lo que no se puede pagar en Oxxo.
Y tienen un horario muy limitado como para ir a sus oficinas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, voy con mi madre a ayudarle para hacer su contrato de agua, carísimo por cierto, y me corrieron del lugar, porque “solo se puede una persona”, no se que tipo de institución es está cuando deben de atender a sus futuros clientes
Terrible service, I go with my mother to help her make her water contract, very expensive by the way, and they kicked me out of the place, because "only one person can do it", I don't know what kind of institution it is when they have to attend to their future customers
