Hoy se me ocurrió llamar para “quejarme” de alguna manera porque los oxxo’s y 7 eleven no están recibiendo los garrafones que traen borrada una fecha en la parte superior. Yo les aclaré que era porque estaba limpiando la parte superior por esto del covid y la señorita que me atendió quiso ser amable y luego no supo manejar la situación y me colgó. Que piensan? Eso es atención? Lastima de lugares que no capacitan a su personal para manejar situaciones
Peeeeesimo service. Today it occurred to me to call to “complain” in some way because the oxxo’s and 7 eleven are not receiving the jugs that have a date erased at the top. I clarified that it was because I was cleaning the upper part because of this from the covid and the lady who attended me wanted to be kind and then she could not handle the situation and hung up on me. What do you think? Is that attention? Pity about places that don't train your staff to handle situations
