Pero el que contesta el teléfono tiene cero atención al cliente, cero tacto para explicar que no hay repartidores y de forma tajante te dice: en 4 horas le mando agua. Pésima atención telefónica, no entiende que es la cara del servicio.
The service from the delivery man is excellent, very friendly. There have been two people in charge of it who are very friendly. But whoever answers the phone has zero customer service, zero tact to explain that there are no delivery men and bluntly tells you: in 4 hours I'll send you water. Terrible telephone attention, does not understand what the face of the service is.
