★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy, lunes 13 de julio del 2020, me comuniqué con esta empresa para solicitar el envío de dos garrafones de agua purificada, tal como lo hemos venido haciendo desde hace años en calidad de sus clientes.
Nos respondieron que no nos podían servir porque tenían la información de que en este domicilio había una persona enferma de COVID 19, hecho que es cierto (tenemos un familiar que está aislado y en proceso de recuperación).
Preguntamos que cómo sabían que teníamos un enfermo en casa. Nos respondieron que esa información no la podían dar.
Pedimos que nos dejaran el pedido en la calle. Que nosotros lo ingresaríamos a la casa.
Se disculparon diciendo que -aún así- no nos podían atender.
¿Esa es la clase de compromiso social que tiene una empresa que cumple una función vital como es la de proveer de agua a la población?
Como ciudadanos y como consumidores debiéramos sancionar esta conducta irresponsable y criminal afectando su bolsillo: dejando de comprar sus productos.
Today, Monday, July 13, 2020, I contacted this company to request the shipment of two bottles of purified water, as we have been doing for years as customers.
They answered that they could not help us because they had the information that in this address there was a person sick with COVID 19, a fact that is true (we have a family member who is isolated and in the process of recovery).
We asked how they knew we had a sick person at home. They replied that they could not give that information.
We asked that the order be left on the street. That we would enter it into the house.
They apologized saying that -even so- they could not attend us.
Is that the kind of social commitment that a company has that fulfills a vital function such as providing water to the population?
As citizens and as consumers we should sanction this irresponsible and criminal conduct affecting your pocket: stopping to buy your products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El agua es buena, el problema es la atención en oficinas para recibir las llamadas, los trabajadores que reparten están bien creo, pues a veces ni pasan y cuando llamas te dicen que ya pasaron por la ruta y que no pueden volver a pasar.
Aún así, compramos de 3 a 5 garrafones por semana y ni así dan buen trato,
The water is good, the problem is the attention in offices to receive the calls, the workers who deliver are fine I think, because sometimes they don't even come through and when you call they tell you that they have already passed through the route and that they can't come through again.
Even so, we buy 3 to 5 jugs per week and even then they don't give us a good deal,
