★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Permanentemente pésimo e ineficiente servicio de atención al cliente ya que cuelgan sus teléfonos y no atienden ni presencialmente, constantes cortes de agua en todo el municipio de Allende, N.L., sin razón alguna.
Carecen de profesionalismo en todo sentido, además de que siempre hay cortes de agua en horarios en los que resulta imperativo el uso del mismo.
Favor de ya tomarse enserio el presupuesto y labores, YA BASTA desde hace mucho YA BASTA.
PD. Los otros comentarios supuestamente positivos y con todas las estrellas son evidentemente mentira.
Permanently terrible and inefficient customer service as they hang up their phones and do not attend, even in person, constant water cuts throughout the municipality of Allende, N.L., for no reason.
They lack professionalism in every sense, in addition to the fact that there are always water cuts at times when it is imperative to use it.
Please take your budget and work seriously, ALREADY ENOUGH for a long time ALREADY ENOUGH.
P.S. The other supposedly positive and all-star comments are obviously a lie.
