La persona que me atendió me cuestionó por nombre ,dirección número de cliente, teléfono etc etc..me dijo que lo tenía que hacer por teléfono . Lastima de presumir un distintivo de ESR el cual no se merecen . Y por lo que ví con la mayoría de las personas no resolvían el asunto que trataban ?
