Unprofessional people someone needs to help this airport they needs lots of help
Someone from needs to fly to another airport o airports and lear from other places how to respect and treat people because they make feel people like delinquents
I hope someone or somebody can see the reviews and take the time to take action
The check in is hard to do online
This airport doesn't deserve any stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this airport twice and both times flying out my plane was delayed for four hours the first time and 5 hours today. This makes me miss my next flight and further plans to arriving to town in time. They are not coordinated well and I hate that this is the only option here. I will avoid this airport in the future.

Fined me 680 pesos because my visa expired I January. He was nasty. Giving me such a hard time!!! Nasty guy.. must be fired. We turistas spend our .money and support the local economy.
Why fine me ? Pandemic times are hard for everyone I contribute Kore to the economy than this rude individual

Taxis are expensives compared vs application rides... And cops are watching out that App rides drivers do not pick up passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would had given a 5 star but they could've explain it more how or what to do little bit more. When you enter the front you have to do a questionnaire by a scan or enter the website. It was difficult because the lady in front desk just said just answer the questions but it didn't said we had to create an account. The question was alright but didn't know the purpose for since when we got to the boarding area when they said they never needing it. Some of these flight stewardesses acted like we should already know what to do and some were nice and took their time to show us unlike some smh... Some need to be re-train on how to communicate and help with passengers.
