★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and staff were excellent. I stayed for 6 days for work. The hotel is also located within walking distance of a mall and dining and some other restaurants within a few minutes by car. Because of Covid-19 some of the hotel facilities were not open, but the bar and restaurant were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, Great service and cleanliness in the public areas. Rooms are small, old and outdated, shower was terrible and on my most recent visit smelled of sewer coming from the drain. The A/C does not work well, and their system shuts it off when you are out of the room so if the outside temperature is high, the room is an oven when you return to sleep at night making it very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why it's rated as a 4 star hotel, it's definitely a 3 star hotel at most. The lobby area is quite nice to be honest but once you hit the elevator the vibe is completely different, shower head is rusty, water pressure is uncontrollable through the few amount of holes that are not clogged, the bathrooms don't have a ventilation/humidity fan installed and you can tell from the mold on the edges and the paint peeling off the ceiling, the exterior room windows have not been cleaned in years and trust me it shows, even with the "city view" room it's quite unpleasant to look out the window, thermostat is from like the 80s, self parking almost doesn't make sense as you can't take an elevator to the rooms after parking, you'd have to walk quite a distance so we opted for valet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is best to visit without a car as the nearby shopping center and the hotel charge a lot for parking. There is a pool, restaurant and bar all at the lobby level. The prices seem reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Edy Gordillo at the reception took the time to answer all my questions and let me take a quick tour. Looking forward to staying at this hotel during my next visit to Aguascalientes. The hotel is within walking distance of the shopping center which has a great cinema and many decent restaurant options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable stay. Rooms are nice size. Beds are comfortable. They staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants food is delicious and 24 hour room service. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the stay was good - Not everything can be perfect. I would strongly recommend double checking and keeping a copy of your voucher every time you order something. Keep this up to 2 weeks after your stay should any charges appear.
This goes specifically for service in the restaurant and bar area. I feel that it becomes easy to overcharge and be taken advantage of once a couple of drinks kick in which is entirely my fault, but wanted to pass on the advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my visit to Aguascalientes. The town is beautiful and the citizens are all very nice. The staff at this hotel are all so nice, almost everybody working there speak English which is a plus for me since I don't speak Spanish. Oscar at the bar is awesome! So friendly and will keep the drinks flowing. The service in the restaurant, cleaning, front desk and bar were all very good. I enjoyed my stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time Antonio greeted me when I arrived until my checkout the experience was 5 star. If I could give the service 6 stars it wouldn't be enough. I have more names to add to this review because there are more well deserving people to be mentioned. The only thing I would suggest is to fix the power outlets by the pool and turn the jets on when someone is out there. I had a secure, comfortable stay!
