Michal has helped me across many experiences of life during the short time I have met her, and that means a lot. We have gone into a deep process in order to open my eyes to the existence. As a woman and therapist and beyond that, her soul is a beautiful presence who guide through different ways of healing. It’s hard to talk about my experience receiving treatment from Mikhail without sounding over-the-top. After letting my experience sink in, I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s no other way for me to talk about. There are a few moments in my life that I consider a ‘before and after’ moments. I think of those as being instances in which you are holistically changed, down to a molecular level. I wasn’t seeking answers - a close and very trusted friend suggested it to me, and I thought ‘why not?’ I feel that there is a me before my treatment with Mikhail, and there is a me after. I was hosting a lot of energy that wasn’t my own, and Mikhail relieved me of it. I’m having a much easier time distinguishing other people’s needs and feelings from my needs and feelings. I have been consistently less overwhelmed and exhausted by triggers that have would have overwhelmed me in the past. There’s a sheen of paranoia and agitation that was chronic before. And it just isn’t there now. I’ve also noticed I’ve gained a new body wisdom. I have a better intuition around when to push, rest, and play. I'm looking forward to returning and working together again. HIGHLY recommend!
