★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio por parte de los entrenadores, si les pides ayuda con gusto y te ponen tu rutina conforme a lo que requieras. Son pacientes y en caso de la entrenadora Erika te corrige si estas mal.
Las clases que imparten son dinámicas y muy buenas.
En recepción te atienden muy bien y cuentan con excelentes promociones.
La mayoría de veces nunca esta tan lleno porque es fluido.
No cuenta con regaderas.
Tiene 3 pisos: área de pierna, brazo y cardio.
Quiero destacar que cuentan con varios aparatos para entrenar y en especial de abdomen.
No es caro y para lo que ofrecen me parece perfecto.
Excellent service by the trainers, if you ask them for help with pleasure and they put your routine according to what you need. They are patient and in the case of the trainer Erika corrects you if you are wrong.
The classes they teach are dynamic and very good.
At the reception they serve you very well and have excellent promotions.
Most times it is never so full because it is fluid.
It does not have showers.
It has 3 floors: leg area, arm and cardio.
I want to emphasize that they have several devices to train and especially abdomen.
It is not expensive and for what they offer it seems perfect.
