★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio.. Llegue y había 3 personas en mostrador . Les pregunté qué disfraces de princesas tenían en renta y me dieron un catálogo sin siquiera contestarme. Les pedí un disfraz para probármelo y se estaban peliando para saber quien iba a buscarlo ... Total después de un rato llegan y me enseñan literal un trapo viejo.. En resumen mal servicio, disfraces en renta viejos y maltratados y carísimos .
 Bad service .. I arrived and there were 3 people at the counter. I asked them what princess costumes they had for rent and they gave me a catalog without even answering me. I asked them for a costume to try it on and they were fighting to find out who was going to look for it ... Total, after a while they come and show me literally an old rag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita Marisol Martínez es una mentirosa,yo estuve ahí y empezó a aventar trajes y se robo uno frente a todos, la atención al cliente es perfecta :)) ?? rente uno de vampia y mi esposo y yo encantados!!
Miss Marisol Martínez is a liar, I was there and she started throwing out suits and stole one in front of everyone, the customer service is perfect :)) nte rent one from vampia and my husband and I are delighted !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio tanto del personal como del dueño.Los disfraz de mala calidad y carísimos en renta y venta .Aparte te hacen dejar una garantía que es mas de lo que vale el disfraz y no te la regresan completa. Es un abuso al consumidor .
Vayan mejor a otro lado para evitar que les roben.
Terrible attention and service from both the staff and the owner. Disguises of poor quality and very expensive for rent and sale. Besides they make you leave a guarantee that is more than the costume is worth and they do not return it to you complete. It is consumer abuse.
Better go somewhere else to avoid being robbed.
