★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un mes fui a esta óptica ahí nos sacamos Lentes dos integrantes de mi familia y yo al mismo tiempo y el diagnóstico fue pésimo a todos la graduación estaba mal a la semana fuimos a que nos revisaran la graduación y también estaban igual por que fuimos con un oculista y efectivamente estuvo fatal el trabajo que realizó "ópticas ah"
En mi opinión no es confiable sus diagnósticos

Obvio tardas en decidirte por algunos lentes, pues no cuestan 20 pesos, pero aquí la señora que trabaja, porque ni siquiera es la dueña, se desespera y te corre.Pésima atención por parte de esta señora. Más adelante hay otra óptica de la misma cadena y ahí está la dueña, me quejé pero creo que no hizo nada.Pésimo trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena y el examen de la vista excelente, sin embargo los lentes ya no son de tan buena calidad como antes, un armazón de acetato que compré está torcido y en un solar están mal cortadas las micas y tenía un pequeño rayón.
The care is very good and the eye exam is excellent, however the lenses are no longer of as good quality as before, an acetate frame that I bought is crooked and in a lot the lenses are badly cut and had a small scratch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saque unos lentes hace 15 dias y no pusieron bien mi graduación. Fui a que lo repusieran y no se quieren hacer responsables, con el pretexto de que solo haran valer media garantía y que para el cambio debo pagar, e incluso dijeron que la culpa fue mia.
No acudan a esta cadena, no te dan garantia de nada y los precios son altos.
Queda más que claro que son unos estafadores.
