Me hice de otro en el inter y pues nunca le dieron prioridad al que llevé porque pues en México a nadie le gusta atender garantías de x o y producto o servicio. A pesar de esto los muchachos que atienden son atentos y supongo que mi caso no define su trabajo pero hay que echarle ganas a todo. Fin de mi historia.

Se lo quise cambiar por otro de mejor marca y pagarle la diferencia, pero me dice que no, que lo lleve a repara, si no sirve la pila en tampoco tiempo es la calidad. No me puedo quedar sin telefono por el trabajo, lo voi a llevar a la matris, atras del cervicio de atencion a clientes de telcel, de la rosales, haver que me resuelven, aparte que estan la mitad de varatos los mismos equipos que en reforma y mendoza
