★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, el dia de hoy como a las 4 de la tarde, en la sucursal nueva que esta en Paseo Solidaridad y las torres. Atiende un apersona joven, estuvimos 3 personas por cerca de una hora esperando a que nos atendiera, yo solo quería pagar el servicio de mi plan, y el se encontraba agachado en una mesita reparando un celular, en ningún momento fue para avisarnos que no había servicio o que estaba ocupado, pasado todo ese tiempo mejor optamos por retirarnos del lugar y el ni siquiera nos volteo a ver, habiéndole dicho todos los servicios que requeríamos.
Sinceramente esa clase de empleados sin vocación para el servicio solo afecta a la imagen de la empresa en vez de contribuir para engrandecerla, pongan atención a esos detalles por favor.

A young person attends, we were 3 people for about an hour waiting for him to attend us, I just wanted to pay for the service of my plan, and he was crouched on a table repairing a cell phone, at no time was he to tell us that there was no service or that it was busy, after all that time we better opted to leave the place and he did not even turn to see us, having told him all the services we required.
Honestly, that kind of employees without a vocation for service only affects the image of the company instead of contributing to enhance it, pay attention to those details please.
