Todo muy rico desde el Pork Belly, Costillas y Hot Dogs.

En cuanto a los alimentos, son riquísimos, se nota el esmero en la preparación de las carnes. Muy recomendable el sándwich de smoked pork, venía acompañado de un encurtido de pepinos y mostaza (la porción grande (200 g) es abundante).
The place is very spacious, the service is efficient and they continue to respect the COVID-19 prevention measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran lugar para comer ahumados, especialmente para los amantes de la carne. Es un lugar muy amplio es un bodegón! Tienen distintos platillos como el brisket y el hotdog. Las entradas sencillas pero muy buenas, recomiendo los vegetales asados. A su vez tienen buena variedad de bebidas desde limonadas hasta micheladas. Cuentan con postres por si te quedaste con hambre. El servicio es bueno aunque pueden demorar según la cantidad de personas en el lugar. Eso si, si no estás acostumbrado a la grasa mejor no tentarle, a mi me cayó muy pesado.
Great place to eat smoked meats, especially for meat lovers. It is a very spacious place, it is a still life! They have different dishes such as brisket and hotdog. Simple but very good starters, I recommend the roasted vegetables. They also have a good variety of drinks from lemonades to micheladas. They have desserts in case you get hungry. The service is good, although it can take a while depending on the number of people in the place. Of course, if you are not used to fat, it is better not to tempt him, it was very heavy for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating to 5 stars as all the dishes we have tasted so far are great and it appears they took care of the comments we made in the past.
Old review: Ok before anything let me tell you that this totally deserves the 5 stars but the Mac and cheese was a no go. The rest is amazing, it's difficult to find BBQ smoked beaf and pork in Mexico but this place wow!
And they just opened this one very near where we live so I hope I'm strong enough to not visit them to regularly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled in by accident and realized they have the best-cooked brisket in CDMX. staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Fast service, too. Food is very good even considering some cuts are a bit dry, but the brisket is moist and delicious. Just needs a pinch of salt. Definitely will come back. Ordered one of each of the meats but no sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brisket was perfectly done, not dry at all. The mac and cheese portion is huge. The atmosphere is very industrial and the music is early 2000's alternative rock, for example Radiohead and Gorillaz... Played on a high end sound system. They were out of sausages so will have to try next time. It would be great if they offered local craft beer and not just Grupo Modelo.
