Too slow I have been asking for a quote and nothing else does not arrive I do not know how it can take more than 10 hours to send a simple quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de ventas, tardan demasiado para una cotización, lo peor es que solo tiene que ser con tu vendedora asignada , y creo que me toco la peorsita, hay que estar atrás de ella porque no te puede atender alguna otra, llevo 2 semanas hablando a diario y aun no me tienen una cotizacion, deprorable ,lo peor es la unica empresa que maneja filtros especiales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente dentro de la República. Su personal de ventas nacionales y de facturación no saben lo que es el servicio al cliente. Nadie puede solucionar un envío, ni dar un número de guía, ni hacer una factura correctamente, lamentable su pésima actitud.
Terrible customer service within the Republic. Your national sales and billing people don't know what customer service is. Nobody can solve a shipment, or give a guide number, or make an invoice correctly, regrettable their bad attitude.
