El servicio deja mucho que desear. Rompieron una pieza de uno de mis aires y en varias ocaciones los chicos del servicio dijeron que lo iban a reponer, después resultó que no sabían nada en la oficina. Checaron un aire que no enfriaba después del servicio y que no le apretaron bien un tornillo. Checaron otro aire que se congelaba después de un servicio correctivo y al venir el chico dijo que era una pieza que tenía que cambiar y textualmente dijo: "ya hablé con el encargado y me lo autorizó se lo van a venir a poner seguramente el lunes y vendría el mismo que le hizo el servicio correctivo" con esto yo obviamente pensé que era parte de la garantía. Pasaron 2 semanas o más y nada. Resulta que en la oficina no sabían nada, que no estaba incluido en la garantía y que costaba 700 pesos y que al siguiente día lo podían poner. LA COMUNICACIÓN que tienen es terrible. Pero me urgía que el aire estuviera bien. Quedaron de venir pero que no tenían horario. Marqué en la mañana y dijeron que sí venían. Marqué como a las 3 y dijeron que podían llegar hasta las 7 pm, marqué 5 pm y nunca contestaron. NUNCA LLEGARON. Estuve esperando todo el día. Además de tener una comunicación terrible, no les importa el tiempo de los demás. Los del servicio dicen una cosa y en la oficina otra. Uno de los servicios hasta me querían cobrar más del doble, y después resultó que disque se confundieron con otro servicio. No lo recomiendo para nada.

I scored around 3 and they said they could arrive until 7 pm, I dialed 5 pm and they never answered. THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I was waiting all day. In addition to having terrible communication, they don't care about others' time. Those in the service say one thing and another in the office. One of the services even wanted to charge me more than double, and then it turned out that they were mistaken for another service. I do not recommend it at all.

Pésimo servicio, solamente fueron a confirmar un diagnóstico y no les interesó dar seguimiento a mi problema, les pedí desde hace más de un mes cotizar la reparación o una unidad nueva. De lo primero me dijeron que fábrica ya no vendía las refacciones lo cual resultó una mentira, de lo segundo solo me informaron del costo verbalmente pero nunca recibí una oferta por escrito.
