★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gustazo haber coincidido con este taller, a diferencia de otras empresas en las que simulan reparar o checar el coche aquí desde la explicación del problema uno se puede percatar de la calidad de procesos y capacitación de los técnicos, todos muy profesionales, amables y capaces, espero no volver a tener ningún inconveniente relacionado a bolsas de aire pero si lo tuviera sin duda alguna pondría mi seguridad y la de mi familia en manos de Airbag Clinik, pioneros de la seguridad en México

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente servicio, empleados muy amables y trabajadores, lo que realmente me agrado fue que no andan con rodeos y te mencionan cual es el problema real de tu auto (a comparativa de muchos otros talleres los cuales solo andan con rodeos con tal de cobrate de mas)
Excellent service, very kind and hard-working employees, what I really liked was that they don't beat around the bush and tell you what the real problem is with your car (compared to many other workshops which just beat around the bush in order to charge you more )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 7 visitas a dos de sus sucursales con un total de mas de 250 km de recorrido un gasto de 6000 pesos y mucho tiempo perdido en este negocio no pudieron quitar el aviso de "servicio de las bolsas de aire". le cambiaron 2 bolsas de aire lo revisaron múltiples ocasiones y su conclusión fue que el problema estaba en los arneses (que nunca supieron arreglar). no se negaban a revisar mi camioneta pero termine cansado de tantas vueltas y tiempo perdido. Falta de responsabilidad ineptitud y cortesía, pero buenos para cobrar. Y no Sr, no soy competencia desleal sabe perfectamente quien soy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda la atención que recibí por parte del señor José Manuel fue muy buena y completa, se esmeran en mostrarte el proceso y explicarte lo que tiene tu auto y como se va a reparar, te atienden al momento y no escatiman en hacerte sentir que vale lo que vas a pagar.
Te explican cada detalle y el costo del mismo para que tú tomes la decisión final.
Por el momento solo coticé pero seguro llevaré a reparar mi auto y en cuanto lo haga agregaré más información a mi opinión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAL SERVICIO, me cobraron unas bolsas de aire hace dos años y cuando tuve un accidente no se desplegaron. No se vale, es la seguridad de una familia. Cuando le ponen una mala opinión el dueño solo sabe decir que sus cámaras todo lo graban y con eso se defiende. Mejor hágase responsable.
BAD SERVICE, I was charged for some air bags two years ago and when I had an accident they did not deploy. It's not worth it, it's the security of a family. When they give him a bad opinion, the owner only knows how to say that his cameras record everything and with that he defends himself. Better take responsibility.
