CUIDADO, no cumplen con su palabra o acuerdos. Llamé a última hora de la tarde para sostener un compresor de CA para mí y recogería a la mañana siguiente. Todo esto fue arreglado por su ingeniero de campo, quien también haría la instalación. A la mañana siguiente, cuando debían hacerse la recogida y el pago, me informaron que vendieron el compresor a otro cliente. A las pocas horas de su compromiso de sostener el compresor, continuaron y vendieron el compresor. Su honor y reputación no significan nada. This is the worst possible company you can do business with. Customer service lacks trust and integrity. BEWARE, they do not keep their word or agreements. I called in the late afternoon to hold an AC compressor for me and I'd pick it up the next morning. All of this was arranged by his field engineer, who would also do the installation. The next morning, when collection and payment were due, I was informed that they sold the compressor to another customer. Within a few hours of their commitment to hold the compressor, they went ahead and sold the compressor. His honor and reputation mean nothing.
