★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pagamos el servicio de instalación ya llevan más de un mes con el trabajo y no han instalado, el problema es que se llevaron los controles de 4 equipos y no contestan llamadas ni mensajes.
Vamos a presentar una queja formal ante profeco ya que veíamos que con otro cliente fue el mismo caso.
We pay them the installation service and they have been working for more than a month and they have not installed, the problem is that they took the controls of 4 teams and they do not answer calls or messages.
We are going to file a formal complaint with profeco since we saw that with another client it was the same case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los llamé para que me arreglaran mi aire y hablaron muy bonito de cómo lo iban a arreglar. Solo pusieron gas al aire, no arreglaron nada, dejaron un desastre y mi aire no funcionó. Por este trabajo me sacaron $1,600. Considero un fraude. Les envié varios mensajes y les marqué y ya no me contestaron. Son un riesgo para su economía.
I called them to fix my air and they talked very nicely about how they were going to fix it. They just put gas in the air, they didn't fix anything, they left a mess and my air didn't work. They made me $ 1,600 for this job. I consider a fraud. I sent them several messages and dialed them and they no longer answered me. They are a risk to your economy.
