★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No querian hacer devolucion o cambio por otra mercancia despues de una semana de haber hecho la compra. Me dijeron "no", y solo despues hacer comentarios de lo sucedido me devolvieron mi dinero en sucursal Mazaryk a condicion de borrar los comentarios de redes sociales.
They did not want to make a return or exchange for another merchandise after a week of having made the purchase. They told me "no", and only after making comments about what happened did they give me my money back at the Mazaryk branch on the condition that I delete the comments from social networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia muy buena. Desde un principio chequé la página y llamé para preguntar si tenían esos modelos en tienda. Fui a mi prueba y Pao me mostró todos los vestidos que le pedí. Me ayudó a probarme cada uno y me dio recomendaciones, ella siempre estuvo muy al pendiente (incluso llamándome para recordarme mis pruebas). Me entregaron el vestido a tiempo, planchado, con etiquetas y en buen estado.
I had a very good experience. From the beginning I checked the page and called to ask if they had those models in store. I went to my fitting and Pao showed me all the dresses I asked for. She helped me test each one and gave me recommendations, she was always very vigilant (even calling me to remind me of my tests). The dress was delivered to me on time, ironed, with tags and in good condition.
